Terms of Service
Last updated: October 30, 2026
The short version (the full terms below are what count):
- Kartzo gives online sellers QR insert cards and a page where buyers register their product.
- Your first 14 days are free, no card needed. After that, plans are billed monthly through Stripe and you can cancel anytime.
- You are responsible for following the rules of the marketplaces you sell on — including never offering anything in exchange for a review.
- Buyer information collected through your cards belongs to you. Use their email for marketing only if they said yes.
1. Who we are
Kartzo is a service operated by Maison B And B LLC, a Nevada limited liability company based in Las Vegas, Nevada ("Kartzo", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between us and you, the business or person who creates a Kartzo account ("you"). By creating an account or using Kartzo, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy policy. If you use Kartzo for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these Terms for it.
Kartzo is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, Walmart, eBay or any other marketplace.
2. The service
Kartzo lets you add your products, create insert cards with QR codes, and offer buyers a page where they can register their product, watch setup videos, join your email list if they choose, and share feedback. Kartzo shows you this information in your dashboard.
We may improve, change or remove features over time. If we remove a feature that is a main part of a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give us accurate information.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.
- One account may be used by you and people working for your business. Don't sell or share access with other businesses.
4. Free trial, billing and cancelling
Free trial
New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no payment card required. During the trial you get the limits of the Brand plan. When the trial ends without a plan, your cards keep working for buyers, but you need to choose a plan to see new registrations and feedback.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly, in advance, in U.S. dollars, at the price shown when you subscribe (currently Solo $19, Brand $49 and Studio $129 per month). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. If you choose a plan during your trial, your first payment happens when the trial ends.
Prices do not include taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use or similar taxes that apply, and we may add them where the law requires.
Renewal and cancelling
Your plan renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Plan & billing → Manage billing & invoices. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep access until the end of the month you already paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable and we don't give credits for partial months.
Changing plans
You can switch plans anytime. Stripe adjusts the price for the rest of the current month. If you move to a plan with lower limits, you may need to remove products or cards first.
Failed payments and price changes
If a payment fails, we or Stripe will let you know, and we may pause access to your dashboard until it's fixed. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price increase applies to you.
5. Marketplace rules and your responsibilities
You are responsible for making sure your inserts, your Kartzo pages and how you contact buyers follow the rules of every marketplace you sell on and all laws that apply to you, including consumer-protection and advertising laws such as the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's rules on reviews. In particular, you agree that you will not use Kartzo to:
- offer money, gifts, discounts, refunds, free products or anything else in exchange for a review or a particular rating;
- ask only satisfied buyers to leave a review, or discourage unhappy buyers from reviewing (sometimes called "review gating");
- ask buyers for positive or five-star reviews, or tell them what to write;
- make thank-you offers depend on leaving a review or on what a buyer said in their feedback.
Kartzo is designed to help: every buyer sees the same steps and the same neutral review invitation. But marketplace rules change and are applied by the marketplaces, not by us, so we can't promise that any use of Kartzo will be accepted by a marketplace. Nothing in Kartzo is legal advice.
6. Buyer information
When a buyer registers through one of your cards, they share their details with you. You are responsible for how you use that information, including:
- sending marketing emails only to buyers who ticked the box to join your list, and including a way to unsubscribe, as laws like the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act require;
- using registration details (for example, an order number) only to help that buyer, such as with warranty or support;
- having your own privacy notice where the law requires one, and responding to buyers who ask to see, correct or delete their information.
We store and process buyer information on your behalf, only to run Kartzo for you, as described in our Privacy policy. We don't sell it and we don't use it to market to buyers ourselves.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Kartzo for anything illegal, misleading or harmful, or for products you aren't allowed to sell;
- pretend to be another business or brand, or use Kartzo to collect passwords or payment details;
- upload or link to content you don't have the rights to, or that is hateful, sexual or violent;
- try to break, overload, scrape or get around the security or plan limits of Kartzo;
- resell Kartzo without our written permission.
We may remove content or pause an account that breaks these rules. Where reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
8. Your content and ours
You keep ownership of everything you add to Kartzo — your brand name, product names, wording, logos, video links and buyer information. You give us permission to store, copy and display it only as needed to run Kartzo for you (for example, to show your brand name on your buyer page and insert cards).
Kartzo itself — its software, design, name and logo — belongs to us. You may use the insert cards and QR codes Kartzo creates for your own products.
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
9. Ending your account
You can stop using Kartzo anytime. To delete your account and its data, email us at the address below. You can export your registrations as a spreadsheet (CSV) from the dashboard before you go. We delete account data within 30 days of a confirmed request, except records we must keep by law (such as billing records).
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms, doesn't pay, or puts other people at risk. When your account closes, your cards stop working for buyers.
10. Warranties and limits of liability
We work hard to keep Kartzo running and secure, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we don't promise that Kartzo will always be available, error-free, or that it will produce any particular number of registrations, reviews or sales.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — such as lost profits, lost sales, account actions taken by a marketplace, or lost data — and our total liability for any claim related to Kartzo is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a third party (including a marketplace or a buyer) brings a claim against us because of your products, your content, how you used buyer information, or your breaking these Terms.
Some places don't allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and both sides agree to those courts. Before going to court, please contact us — most problems can be solved quickly by talking.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Kartzo grows. If a change is important, we'll email you or show a notice in the dashboard at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Kartzo after that means you accept the new Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
