What the checker looks for
- Rewards next to reviews: gifts, refunds, discounts or bonuses offered for a review or a screenshot of one.
- Requests for stars or positive reviews: "5 stars", "if you love it, review us".
- Review gating: "not happy? contact us before leaving a review".
- Asking to change or remove a review.
- Sending buyers to buy outside Amazon: "shop our website", outside discount codes.
- Contests and giveaways, and warranty wording that makes coverage depend on registering.
